PLEASE, READ CAREFULLY:
- NO REFUND, if cancelled less than 14 days before the date of check-in.
- If cancellation is prior 14 days of check-in then 100% REFUND IS GUARANTED (except for money transfering commissions)
- A safety DEPOSIT of 200 USD/EUR must be provided during the check-in, and returned after the check-out if no damage is done.
- MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE is required for couples from Arab countries, or mixed couple (western country+arab/islamic country
- NO PETS allowed, unless it is approved by the host ahead of time, extra charge can be required
- BBQ is not allowed
- Loud MUSIC and PARTIES are not allowed
