House Rules
Marriage certificate is required for couples from Arab countries, or mixed couple (western country+arab/islamic country)
Security deposit is 200 usd/eur in cash (returned after check-out)
Extra charge is 2 usd per night for using AC (except December, January and February)
No refund if cancelled less than 14 days before the date of check-in.
If cancellation is before 14 days of check-in: 100% refund except commissions for money transfer.
Kids after 2 years old are the same rate as adults
There is not pets allowed, unless it is approved by the host ahead of time, extra charge can be required
