- A safety deposit of 200 USD/EUR must be provided during the check-in and it is returned after the check-out if no damage is done.

The space
The entrance to the property is directly from the sidewalk of El Malil Street by a locked forge gate that bring you into a private cozy courtyard with a masonry bench, the orientation of the courtyard make it a very fresh area where to chill out in the breeze during the evening and having sunbath at the day time
Big window-door, with blackout curtain, bring you in a very tidy cosy area flooded with natural light, where are placed the kitchen corner, a 3 seats sofa (195x60 can became kid’s bed), a folding table hosting up to 6 covers, the tv and the AC unit that from its strategic position makes fresh all the flat
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a snak or a fresh dinner for friends after a day at the beach. Fridge with freezer, 4 fire stove with oven, practical granite top, cookware, plates and cutlery, spacious cupboard and shelves and ……the washing machine! A strategic window with mosquito net ensures adequate ventilation
An sliding door invites you to enter in a tiny bathroom but, despite its size, it welcomes a comfortable bathtub with sweet and hot water, toilette, sink, huge lighted mirror and with a big size window with mosquito net
The sleeping area has its own big window with blackout curtain and mosquito net that make it super lighted at day time. The layout of the flat allows for 3 different ways of arranging the beds (2 sindle beds 195x80) a good size wardarobe, a bedside table and a useful chest. A beautiful lamp made by local artisans gives the area an oriental atmosphere that reconciles the rest
Guest interaction
We strive to exceed your expectations and equip you with everything you need to relax and let your worries disappear. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
We provide clean bed sheets, towels, soap and shampoo for the shower and extra linens will be in the wardrobe.
Guest will receive essentials like paper towel and toilet paper, soap, bottled water, sugar, tea and coffe, etc for the beginning of their stay. It is the guest's responsibility to stock up afterwards.
We pride ourselves in the care we give to our guests and are always available as we live at a step far (next door)
In case you may need extra linens or bathroom and kitchen necessities, please feel free to contact us and we will get you everything you need
Wifi net with good stability is available with password upon request
There is not pets allowed, unless it is approved by the host ahead of time.
The guests have an electricity credit of 10 Egyptian pounds per day , if the consumption will be higher, it will be required to pay the difference at the check out .
It is a Smoke Free home and would love for out guests to respect this rule.

A very professional diving center close to our place can be recommended as well as an excurtion center, wind/kite surf center and freedive center
Neighborhood overview
The location is simply perfect for those want to forget the car but be close to all amenity.
Everything is at a short walking distance...few steps far is the beautiful beach and the promenade, 8 min there is The Light House area and downtown with souvenir shops, restaurants and cafeteria, 5 min there is Asala Square, where there is the local souq with its variety of greengrocers, supermarkets, pharmacies, and many other amenities
